Services we offer — from concept design to permitting and site supervision.

Architectural design

Our architectural design service provides comprehensive support throughout the entire building permit process. It includes the concept design with exterior visualizations, preparation of the main design and detailed design documentation, as well as obtaining all required permits, approvals and supporting documentation. We offer a complete multidisciplinary design service in collaboration with engineers and consultants from other disciplines, as well as detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for all types of construction works.

Energy renovation design

Our energy renovation design service includes a survey of the building's existing condition, proposed energy-efficiency measures, cost estimates, energy performance and thermal protection calculations, as well as coordinated electrical and mechanical designs for the proposed measures.

Energy certification & energy audits

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for heated buildings and individual building units in accordance with applicable regulations. It is also required when a property is sold or rented and, in certain cases, before an occupancy permit is issued. Energy Performance Certificates are valid for 10 years. Our service includes an energy audit and the preparation and issuance of the Energy Performance Certificate.

Interior design

Our interior design services include concept development, space planning, floor plans, material and fixture selection, and interior visualisations. Where required, we also provide detailed interior design documentation, including custom furniture, lighting, sanitary fixtures, floor and wall finishes, and tiling layouts — all tailored to the client's needs and preferences.

Condominium Ownership Subdivision

Condominium subdivision is the legal process of establishing separate ownership of individual units within a building, such as apartments, commercial premises and their associated ancillary spaces. Our service includes surveying the property, preparing the condominium subdivision study, and obtaining confirmation from the competent authority that each unit constitutes an independent functional unit.

3D visualisations

We create high-quality 3D models and interior and exterior visualisations for buildings and individual spaces based on defined project drawings. 3D modelling allows clients to experience and understand the design before it is built. We also produce visualisations, apartment sales catalogues and other promotional materials for property developments.

Energy efficiency & thermal protection design

We prepare energy efficiency and thermal protection designs as part of the building design documentation, demonstrating compliance with applicable energy performance and thermal protection requirements. The service includes the required calculations and documentation for demonstrating the building's energy performance in accordance with current regulations.

Construction site supervision

Construction supervision is carried out on behalf of the investor to ensure that construction works are performed in accordance with the building permit, approved design documentation and applicable regulations. Our services include site inspections, review of construction documentation, quality control of works and materials, coordination with other project participants, supervision of the e-Construction Log, and preparation of the required documentation for the technical inspection and final report.
